Since all our garments (especially hand embroidered sets) at LIBAAS E LUCKNOW are made-to-measure on every order specifically, we do not offer refunds on any goods once sold. Irrespective of domestic or international order, neither on off the rack pieces nor on made on order pieces.

However, In an unlikely event, if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective (not from the sale section), we may exchange the goods for store credit, if they meet our terms & conditions, at our sole discretion. Please reach out to us at libaaselucknow@gmail.com stating the concerns clearly along with the opening video and image of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS

 

EXCHANGE BY DOMESTIC CUSTOMER

 

Size Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at libaaselucknow@gmail.com within 24 Hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. The customer is requested to send back the parcel with customer name, order id and mobile on it. Exchanges are allowed on size issues only.

All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable. 

The shipping charges for sending the products back to us has to be borne by the customer.

Return: We humbly don't take returns on items sold once.

Damaged / Wrong Delivery: If it's a damaged/defective product or incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under a proper quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would love to resolve it for you. Please write to us about your concern at libaaselucknow@gmail.com stating your issues along with the opening video and the image of the problem in your product.

Important Note:

• Please send the outfit back to us only after receiving an acknowledgement of the same from Libaas e Lucknow. Unsolicited returns will not be received without authorization.

• Once we receive your parcel, please be informed that the sole discretion of accepting the exchange of the rejected pieces will lie with us only based on the timeliness and quality of the returned piece. Please ensure that the merchandise is in a properly sealed condition as you received it.

• All approved returns/exchanges are given in the form of credit notes with a maximum validity of 6 months and are redeemable solely at www.libaaselucknow.com . It may also be redeemed during the sale period.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Returned items must have original packing and tags still on and must be sent along with the bill of the product. Items will not be accepted without the original tags & bills of the products.

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. It should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

• We do not accept any damage complaints after 24 hours of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request.

• Exchange not accepted due to colour difference. 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights. We have made every effort to display the colours and the design of our products as accurately as possible. However, our monitors vary, so we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s/ smartphone’s/ ipad’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

• Exchanges are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order. 

• Validity of Credit voucher issued for exchange will be of 30 days.

• Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Products bought during sale are non exchangeable and non refundable.

• If you receive the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Write to us at libaaselucknow@gmail.com mentioning your order id along with the picture of the parcel received. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost. We may also provide a credit note/refund for certain products, at our sole discretion, in such cases.

• Shipping/duties charges or tax amount are non refundable.

• No returns/ exchanges are allowed on sale items or on products with 20% discount or more.

• We do not return or exchange gift cards, jewellery, bags, and dupattas once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect.

• If the order was placed by using a Gift Card or Wallet , the refund amount will be credited back to the same Gift Card or Wallet which can be then used for future orders. Please note that the validity of the gift card remains unchanged.

P.S. - An opening video is required to initiate a return and refund in case of the above said cases.​

Note:

There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.

 

CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER

• If you have to cancel any order, please do it within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at libaaselucknow@gmail.com. A refund will be initiated to you in the form of a ‘credit note’ within 7 business days from the date of order cancellations. Such refund will have a validity of 6 months.

• Libaas e Lucknow will have no liability of refund, if the cancellation request is made after 24 hours of placing the order.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

 

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at libaaselucknow@gmail.com along with the opening video and a photo of the damaged product. The mail should be sent within 24 hours of delivery of damaged items in your shipment. In such cases, we offer a resolution.

All Custom Duties levied on the products will be borne by the customer.

CANCELLATIONS BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at libaaselucknow@gmail.com

If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the amount in the form of a ‘credit note’ within 7 working days from the date of order cancellation. 

Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%)

 

DISCLAIMER :

• In case you wish to change your order, any difference in the price of the revised order shall be payable prior to updating your order.

• If the price of the new order is lesser than the original order, a credit note will be issued against the balance amount.
