SHIPPING POLICY

We at LIBAAS E LUCKNOW, understand the importance of delivering your products in the finest condition and on time. Therefore, we have partnered with some of the most reputed courier partners in this country to seamlessly deliver your products in the best possible duration.

 

Following are the steps that take place once you place an order with us:

  • Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.

  • Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing over to the courier partner.

  • Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

  • Then, your item is shipped to your location.

 

In case your address falls to a location that is not served by our delivery partners, Libaas e Lucknow team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.

Following are the important aspects of the shipment policy practiced by us:

  • COURIER OR SHIPPING CHARGES WILL VARY ACROSS DIFFERENT STATES/CITIES/COUNTRIES.

  • The shipping cost is calculated at the time of check out only, this is a system generated amount based on your area zip code and weight.

  • In case you just can’t wait for your order to reach you, you can write to us at libaaselucknow@gmail.com  and request for express shipping, the cost for the same will be communicated to you at that time.

  • We do not offer the cash on delivery option at this moment.

  • We will usually dispatch all your orders within 2-3 working days after placing the order. However, we will take a maximum of 20 working days to dispatch orders from customised orders & the orders placed from the originals section of our website. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request at libaaselucknow@gmail.com

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Libaas e Lucknow with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner. You can simply click TRACK ORDER and enter your order number or full AWB to check where your order has reached or how long it will take to get delivered.

  • You can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order, by contacting our customer support team at libaaselucknow@gmail.com .

  • In case, your product is already shipped and you wish to change the address, we will have to reship your order again to a different address which will charge you INR 300 extra.

Please note- 

During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We assure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.

 

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer.  As the recipient, you are liable for all applicable import duties, customs and local sales taxes(If any) levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, only responsible for making you look gorgeous and feeling fabulous! 

Please do note that we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched and that all orders require a signature upon receipt.
